We drive from Modesto to San Jose to get the pasteles. This store has the mild as well as the spicy.

Kumar is the man! If you're in search of anything for your island function whether it be for a wedding, graduation, grand 75th or funeral this is a one stop shop. If he doesn't have what you need, he definitely knows someone who does. He has competitive prices. He's knowledgeable and kind. He has a stock of a lot of interesting items. Come down and check his store out. You'll find something that will peak your interest that's for sure. Come and support a good business in the Bay!

Very positive first experience here today. The very tiny store is a little overwhelming upon walking in because there is just so much in a tiny space, but great customer service. Fake flower, Kikui nut, and $ leis + Hawaiian shirts & swim trunks + frozen food from various islands among other canned food staples. Not my favorite brand of poi, Taro Brand, but they have it and are willing to help source other delicious items from the Hawaiian islands that aren't currently in stock. Nice find!

This is a small store with Caribbean, Hawaiian and island items. The owner is helpful and kind. Although they have a variety of items is hard to see everything due to boxes covering most of the store. If you are looking for something in particular ask the staff. They have a small selection of frozen items and produce, however most is in cans.

1st time visiting Kumar’s Island Market today and found everything that would make my mom smile especially since her birthday is on Christmas Day😊 Thank you, she loved her tukumisi along with everything else. I will be back tomorrow to get more goodies, only this time for myself😂 •Well stocked Pacific Islander goods •Welcoming, friendly & helpful staff •Decent prices •Right off Hwy 101
